The creative energy and momentum established in the Schematic design process is channeled into formulating more concise and detailed aspects of the project such as material selection and millwork designs.  We participate in planned shopping excursions to select furniture, tile and finishes.  We provide the client with interior elevations, samples and additional information to help the client make final selections to help us monitor the budget outlines and maintain program focus.
