Construction Administration

Throughout the project's construction, Mose Associates will observe and administer the contractor's progress. We will be in regular communication with the contractor, participate in regularly scheduled progress meetings, provide clarification and details, and work with the client and contractor to resolve issues from unforeseen conditions.  We will visit the construction site regularly and monitor the contractor's schedule. We will keep the client apprised of the progress and review all requests for payment made by the contractor. Towards the end of construction, we will do a final review of the completed work, develop a punch-list and resolve all remaining issues to achieve substantial and final completion of the project.
