All projects are unique and each comes with a variety of determining factors that show us the path to yield the best project outcome.  Mose Associates will assess the client’s goals and based on the clients priorities, will advise on the best method to obtain construction cost prices.  Once a construction method is considered by the client, we will review all bids and assist the client in selecting and negotiating with the most qualified contractors, assessing strengths and weaknesses of all proposals.
